Mohawk Franklin Joplin LVT (Warehouse: GHB)

Mohawk Flooring Joplin is part of Mohawk's SolidTech Plus line: Mohawk’s newest SPC rigid vinyl flooring.  It is three times more scratch resistant due to the addition of a tough wear layer with enhanced lacquer finish. Bedford is a 100% waterproof floor making it optimal for wet areas, such as basements and bathrooms. Plus, it can withstand pet accidents and even has a pet scratch resistance warranty. Because of the patented Uniclic locking system, Solidtech Plus is super easy to DIY - no glue, no nails. The SPC core construction prevents cupping and gapping due to moisture or temperature changes and is so dimensionally stable, it requires no acclimation prior to installation. 

This Mohawk LVT style has been discontinued and remaining cartons in manufacturer inventory are being offered direct to the consumer here on our factory outlet at a discounted sale price. This flooring and all flooring we sell are first-quality and come with the original factory warranty. Flooring orders 5 cartons or more are shipped via LTL freight on a pallet. Flooring orders less than 5 cartons are shipped via UPS Ground. Both are free when you spend at least $50.
